Having played in many sports (baseball, volleyball, football, hockey, tennis, badminton, racquet ball, squash, jogging, running, etc. - especially playing basketball at a university level, and having the opportunity to go over and play in Europe with Athletes in Action), I have experienced the highs and lows of playing, as well as coping and dealing with unfortunate injuries. I know the importance of proper stretching, strengthening, warm up and down activities as well as specific strategies/techniques to return you quickly and safely to your sport.
